Eligibility Requirements
Applicants Must:--Be Jewish women between the ages of 22 and 35
--Have demonstrated leadership experience (professional, communal, or academic)
--Be committed to the Jewish community and personal growth
--Be able to attend all weekly sessions
--Primary consideration will be given to Los Angeles residents; however those outside Los Angeles are still encouraged to apply

Women's Leadership (JEWL)
is JGO’s premier leadership development and mentorship program for Jewish women in graduate school, professional school, and early career stages. The program connects emerging Jewish women leaders with accomplished executives, attorneys, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders for an eight-week experience focused on leadership, mentorship, and community impact.
JEWL is designed for Jewish graduate students, alumni, and young professionals who want to grow as leaders, expand their professional network, and deepen their connection to Jewish life and values while building real-world leadership skills.
JEWL is a proud recipient of the Cutting Edge Grant from the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, recognizing innovative programs strengthening Jewish communal leadership.
What You'll Experience
Over eight sessions, participants join a selective cohort of Jewish women and gain direct access to senior female mentors across business, law, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors.
Participants build skills and relationships through:
Executive mentorship and leadership coaching
Professional development rooted in Jewish values
Networking with Jewish women leaders nationwide
