Our Mentorship Program
connects graduate students, young professionals, and experienced leaders for meaningful, two-way conversations. Mentors share insight and guidance, while mentees bring curiosity and fresh perspectives. Together, they build relationships that spark connection, growth, and clarity at pivotal moments in both of their journeys.

What to Expect?
Over the course of 3–6 months, you'll meet one-on-one with your mentor for three conversations designed to support your growth. These meetings are a space to ask questions, explore ideas, and gain perspective—whether you're figuring out your next step, thinking about building something of your own, or looking to grow professionally.
Who It's For?
We're looking for thoughtful, curious, and driven individuals who are ready to show up, engage, and take initiative.Mentorship is a two-way relationship—and the more you invest in it, the more meaningful it becomes.

Beyond the Headlines: Student Voices Navigating Antisemitism & Building Community on Campus
June 24, 2026 3:00 PM ET | 12:00 PM PT
What does it mean to be a Jewish student on campus today?
Join JGO’s Director of Advocacy and Partnerships for a virtual conversation with Jewish graduate students from three campuses across North America as they share their firsthand experiences navigating campus life in the wake of October 7.
Through an intimate fireside chat and live audience Q&A, students will discuss the challenges they face, the resilience they have discovered, and what it looks like to build Jewish community and leadership amid unprecedented levels of antisemitism.
This is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the next generation of Jewish leaders—unfiltered, personal, and deeply relevant to anyone invested in the future of Jewish life.

"We've discussed everything from personal experiences to professional advice. He's helped me with my pitch deck, navigating tricky personal and professional situations, and with networking. Overall, the best mentor I could've asked for."
Ophir Simayof

"The most valuable part of the mentorship program is knowing that there are successful people in the business world that care so much about their Jewish identity and want to be a resource and mentor to grad students."
Natalie Freilich
Fordham Gabelli School of Business, 2026

"It's rare to get honest, judgment-free guidance on things we're actually navigating, and it's been grounding and confidence-building. It's been like that from the start and I feel this is the only mentorship program that has actually stuck for me."
Leyla Messian
UCLA Anderson, Class of 2028

"The meetings had a natural progression from getting to know each other, to receiving introductions from my mentor, and ultimately feeling confident that I have a roadmap to take my career for the next couple years and continue connecting over my professional growth."
