Steven Jaffe joined Hudson Pacific Properties in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs. He leads the company’s transactional business, providing legal and business oversight on advice on real estate transactional matters along with overseeing a wide variety of matters for Hudson Pacific’s growing Sunset Studios and production services portfolio (Quixote Studios and Sunset Studios Production Services which now includes Starwaggons and Zio).  In whatever is left of his spare time, he now oversees the legendary United Recording Studios and United Archiving. Jaffe previously served as Chief Risk Officer for Hudson PacificPrior to Hudson Pacific, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Principal of BH Properties, a private real estate investment company, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions and the marketing of the company. During his tenure at BH Properties, he also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

He has also worked at the real estate investment trust Alexander Haagen Properties/Center Trust where he served as General Counsel. Previously, in another lifetime, he worked at the law firms of Russ August and Kabat and Pircher, Nichols and Meeks.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
