I co-founded OPEN Impact Real Estate to provide a top-flight woman-owned real estate brokerage and advisory solution for companies who care about the hiring choices they make. Prior to launching OPEN, I co-founded and led the NY office of Transwestern where I helped land Transwestern NY as the Crain’s #1 Best Places to Work three years in a row. The key to creating a vibrant workplace is assembling great teams of diverse people to collaborate and play off each other’s strengths, and providing them a fulfilling and experiential environment to do it in.

In addition to my management responsibilities and corporate brokerage work, I help lead OPEN's nonprofit practice and manage our corporate advisory work. We are a mission driven group serving social service, education, local and national nonprofit organizations, in addition to corporations, particularly those who prioritize hiring MWBE firms. We take pride in giving back to all of the community partners and organizations we serve.

Outside of work I am on the sidelines cheering on my husband coaching the Fieldston football team, I am balancing the busy sports and activity schedules of our three girls, taking our Bernedoodle for a walk in Riverside park, or exploring great restaurants in every corner of New York City.

I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where I cofounded the Women’s Varsity Golf Team.
