Larry Gottlieb

President & Chief Technical Officer; ResinTech

Larry Gottlieb is President & Chief Technical Officer of ResinTech, a US manufacturer of ion exchange products based in Camden, New Jersey.  

A thirty-year veteran of the water treatment industry, Larry is responsible for research and development, manufacturing, quality control, and technical support for all ResinTech media products.

Larry joined ResinTech, the company started by his father, Michael Gottlieb, in 1989. In early 2000, Larry launched the Aries FilterWorks division of ResinTech, a business unit that makes filter cartridges and high-purity lab water systems. Later, he would take over sales and operations for the ResinTech’s flagship division — media formulation.

Larry was the driving force behind ResinTech’s investment in the laboratory and R&D resources necessary to identify and remediate PFAS contaminants. Today, ResinTech is arguably the world’s leading provider of ion exchange solutions for PFAS remediation. ResinTech’s Lab Services division employs over 20 technologists in a state-of-the-art 6,000 square foot laboratory. The company can identify over two dozen distinct species of per and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

Larry holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a board member of the Water Quality Association (WQA) and ASTM International Committee on Water and Environmental Technology.

In his personal time, Larry has active roles in several Not-for-Profit organizations.  Jewish Senior Housing and Healthcare Services (JSHHS) and Jewish Community Properties (JCP) are part of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.  JSHHS’s Lions Gate Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) is a 50-acre, 700,000 square feet facility servicing all aspects of senior care.  Lions Gate services include:  Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Nursing Care, Rehabilitation and Memory Impairment.  Lions Gate recently completed a $6MM renovation and expansion making it the premier CCRC in the Philadelphia area.  

Jewish Community Properties owns and manages the Real Estate for the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.  JCP is responsible for the upkeep and improvement of the buildings as well as acquiring and developing additional property on behalf of the Federation.  Gottlieb uses his extensive knowledge of Engineering to keep the physical plants in good working order for the benefit of the community.
