
Gabriel Roitman is Managing Director and Head of Latin America Debt Capital Markets & Private Credit at Jefferies. He leads origination, structuring, and distribution across complex credit and capital markets transactions, with a focus on private credit, structured lending, and corporate finance solutions.
Prior to joining Jefferies in 2023, Mr. Roitman spent over sixteen years at Deutsche Bank in New York, where he held several senior roles including Managing Director in the Structured Solutions Group and Head of Latin America Client Coverage for Fixed Income. He was also a member of the Global Emerging Markets and Institutional Client Group Executive Committees. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roitman was based in London with Merrill Lynch, focusing on fixed income derivatives and structured products for European corporates.
Mr. Roitman began his career in economics and treasury roles at the Argentine Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank, and ING Barings. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Banking from Universidad del CEMA, and a BA in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
