She serves as Chief Commercial & Growth Officer at Marquee Brands, where she leads commercial strategy, revenue expansion, brand growth, and marketplace performance initiatives across a portfolio that includes Martha Stewart, Sur La Table, BCBG, Ben Sherman, Motherhood, Totes, and Body Glove.

Previously, Rachel was Chief Brand Officer at Marquee Brands, overseeing brand strategy, marketing, creative, digital, and consumer insights. Prior to Marquee, she held senior leadership roles at Penske Media Corporation as SVP, Licensing & Brand Development, where she built new revenue streams across its iconic media portfolio; and at Beanstalk as SVP, Brand Management, where she led global brand extension strategy, business development, and program management for major consumer, lifestyle, and media brands.

Operating at the intersection of brand, partnerships, and commercial strategy, Rachel brings deep P&L ownership and a proven ability to transform brand equity into scalable, high-growth businesses. She holds a BA in Political Science from Brown University and an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School. She is based in New York City.
