Marcelo Messer is a Co-Head of Rothschild & Co’s North America Restructuring Group with 25 

years of debt advisory / restructuring and M&A experience.

Marcelo focuses primarily on advising Latin American clients on restructuring transactions. He is fluent 
 

in Spanish and Portuguese.

Marcelo received his MBA from Stanford University and has a BA in Economics, with distinction, from 

Yale University, where he graduated summa cum laude.  He has 4 kids, lives on the Upper West Side and still hasn't given up on the Mets.
