
Jason is currently Head of Growth, Customer and Partner Experience, at Cisco Systems. Immediately prior to Cisco Jason was Chief Product Officer at EmployBridge, the largest light industrial staffing company in N. America ($3.7Bn revenue), where he led new product innovation, developed a new platform matching workers with jobs, and participated in the company's sale to Apollo Capital Management in July 2021. Prior to EmployBridge Jason was Chief Operating Officer at Level Ex, a venture-backed start-up, where he led and re-organized multiple functions and oversaw the company's final fundraising round which resulted in its sale to BrainLab AG in June 2020. Prior to Level Ex Jason was Senior Vice President of Product at Uptake, which delivers machine learning and AI-powered SaaS solutions to multiple heavy industries. Prior to Uptake, Jason was Vice President, Global Strategy and Innovation, at Syniverse, a mobile services and enterprise SaaS company connecting 1,000 carriers and 500+ enterprises. Jason was also at Redbox as GM/VP of two new businesses, and prior to Redbox he was at Motorola Mobile Devices leading global product management and strategy for entertainment experiences. Prior to moving to Chicago in 2005, Jason held executive roles at Ubisoft and Intel, and he has also been an early or founding executive at venture-backed start-ups including Total Entertainment Network/Pogo (sold to EA), PlayFirst (sold to Glu Mobile) and Riffage.com. Early in Jason's career he was in the recording industry in New York and San Francisco (CBS, Elektra). When Jason was at Intel he established their alliance with Microsoft to create the Xbox. Jason holds 13 U.S. patents.
