As General Counsel for APL Logistics, David leads APL Logistics' global legal department. He provides direction and guidance to management on both internal and external legal and business matters. David is a supply chain, logistics, and transportation attorney with senior leadership experience at several major logistics providers before joining APL Logistics. David is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the University of Washington and holds a Certificate in Political Studies from the Institut d'?tudes politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).
