Lev Peker
Chief Executive Officer; Diversified Foodservice Supply

Lev Peker was CarParts.com's Chief Executive Officer and Director.  As CEO, Lev has worked tirelessly to create a modern, scalable e-commerce company that is set to disrupt the aftermarket auto parts industry. He has connected with consumers who increasingly look to DIY solutions in order to get back on the road more quickly through his belief in Right Part. Right Time. Right Place.

When Lev stepped in as CEO in 2019, he immediately began restructuring the power dynamics between executives and employees. Unlike most CEOs, Lev knew that to prove his respect for employees at all levels, he would have to create an open working environment, and therefore he eschewed his corner office and placed his desk in the center of the cubicle floorplan. Additionally, Lev reevaluated the entire management team to ensure that the right people were in the right role. Lev implemented structural and organizational changes that boosted company morale and earned CarParts.com recognition as one of 2020's & 2021's Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Since taking leadership of CarParts.com, Lev has reimagined the company's principles of financial discipline, operational excellence and incomparable customer service, catapulting it to success. Over the last two years, the firm has seen record high sales increases, expanding profit margins, exponential shareholder returns and increased website traffic (up 194% YoY according to SimilarWeb with 82M visits in 2020). For the last six consecutive quarters, CarParts.com has demonstrated double digit, profitable growth. Lev has been recognized for his executive leadership by the Best in Biz Awards and the BIG Awards for Business, in which he was named Executive of the Year 2020. The firm was also awarded two gold medals for the 19th Annual American Business Awards, aka the Steve Awards, in the categories of"Achievement in Organization Recovery" and"Achievement in Finance."

Lev serves on the board of CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketers at retail and direct-to-consumer brands.

Lev holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of California. He and his wife, Inna, have three wonderful children. Lev met Inna when they were in high school, and they have been together ever since.
