Brett Lipman
CEO; Preylock

Mr. Lipman founded Preylock in 2016 and serves as its Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer.  In this capacity, he has ultimate responsibility for the Firm's investment strategy, operations, risk management, and investor relationships.  Under Mr. Lipman's leadership, Preylock has solidified itself as an established real estate investment and management company with in excess of $1.8 billion in assets and a leading investor of office properties primarily located in technology-centric markets in the Western U.S. including Seattle and Northern and Southern California.

Prior to founding Preylock he oversaw acquisitions for JP Morgan's $50 billion Global Real Assets group, one of the largest real estate platforms in the world. Mr. Lipman previously held positions at Highbridge Capital Management and as an investment banker within JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Brett is a member of the New York State Bar. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University where he earned the Deans Award for Scholastic Achievement in Finance. Brett also holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
