Prior to venture investing, Dan was the Co-Founder and Board Chairman of Health Warrior, a
plant-based superfood company.  Within the first year of launching, Health Warrior's Chia Bar
was the #1 best-selling new bar in the natural channel. Today, Health Warrior is a nationally
recognized brand and is on a mission to make radically convenient, real food and positively
influence the health habits of Western civilization. Health Warrior successfully exited to Pepsi in
2018.

From 2001 to 2015, Mr. Gluck was a Portfolio Manager, Partner and Executive Committee
Member at Weiss Multi-Strategy Partners, a successful investment management firm based in
NYC. As a Partner and Executive Committee Member, Dan created and implemented strategic
business initiatives for the firm and helped it grow from a family office to a multi-billion dollar
SEC registered third party fund. Dan invested in a wide breadth of companies, across the capital
structure, and with investments spanning the globe from the US, to LatAM, Europe, Middle East
and Asia.

Dan is a Managing Partner at Powerplant Ventures (?PPV") and current Board Member of PPV
portfolio companies, Your Super, Rebbl, Thistle and Jot Coffee. Powerplant Ventures is a
growth equity fund investing in emerging consumer food, beverage, foodservice and food-tech
companies. PPV provides capital, strategic guidance and operating expertise to visionary teams
leading disruptive plant-centric brands. Notable portfolio companies include breakout brands
such as Beyond Meat, Ripple Foods, Thrive Market, and Apeel Sciences. PPV is currently
investing out of its second, $165M fund.
