
Tamara Kaiser began her career in feature films, working in acquisitions, development and production. As a development executive at PentAmerica Pictures and Cecchi-Gori Entertainment, she worked on films including Seven, A Bronx Tale, and From Dusk Till Dawn. Later, she established the film department for two Emmy-winning directors, and went on to produce several independent features.
Tamara then transitioned into digital media, heading up production at E-HAUS, where she developed content strategy and produced content for clients including Fox Broadcasting, NBC, XGames, and GAP. Subsequently, she moved on to found the Brand Content group at VideoJug, where she worked with brands including Nike, Zappos, Williams-Sonoma, and Le Creuset to strategize, develop, produce, and distribute content to drive brand relevance.
As the media landscape shifted, Tamara concentrated on bringing traditional media storytelling to digital media, with a focus on high quality content. She worked as a consultant for the Academy Awards, and then landed at A+E Networks, where, as VP, Digital Content and Production, she oversaw digital content across the A+E brands (A&E, Lifetime, History Channel, FYI, Bio). Her digital series Dance Moms Slumber Party garnered 30+million organic views on YouTube, was aired as a prime-time television special, and was renewed for two seasons. Her scripted series UnREAL: The Auditions was nominated for a Primetime Emmy. Tamara is also a multiple Webby nominee and a CINE and Cynopsis Award winner.
Currently, Tamara is the Head of Media House at Red Bull, where she heads up the content studio, leading all aspects of scripted and unscripted development, production, programming, multi-platform distribution, operations, and communications. She has brought innovation, reach, partnerships, and new strategies to the organization, ensuring Red Bull's primacy as the most watched brand on social media.
Tamara is member of the American Academy of Television Arts & Sciences - Interactive Media Peer Group, and served two terms on the membership committee. She also has YouTube Certification.
Tamara grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She now lives in Venice, California, with her husband and daughter.
