Sasha Shkolnik is a first generation Russian Jew whose family immigrated from Russia. While she was born in Philadelphia, Sasha grew up in San Diego with a large family where she adopted creative arts early on, playing piano professionally since the age of 5. Sasha went to school at San Diego State University, and majored in International Business & Marketing.
Sasha is the founder of Pulse Click Inc, an international manufacturer and online retailer of on-demand printing, with offices in Mexico and the USA. She practices a "just in time" inventory method allowing her to scale with minimal cost, based on real-time market trends and consumer needs.
Sasha's drive and interest in the arts, coupled with her analytical skills led her to start what was initially a side hustle e-commerce printing business at the age of 25. It soon turned into a full time position with over 40 staff members and became a multi-million dollar leading printing house through both organic growth and M&A.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Sasha's corporate experience led her to flip traditional practices and run a company in unconventional ways by not limiting talent to skill, but potential. She focuses on grit, passion, organization and drive to lead a successful team. Her school of thought aligns with Steve Jobs's quote:"I've learned over the years that when you have really good people you don't have to baby them. By expecting them to do great things, you can get them to do great things.
