Jerry served in leadership role on the JP Morgan/Bank One Investment Bank merger integration team. This small team successfully integrated the two firm's banker core. No client defections were experienced during and immediately after the merger process. He presided over the successful transformation of a strategic business model that required a "culture change" in the Banker's approach to doing business and relocated and executed a new business strategy that required recruiting a new team of professionals to initiate coverage of a new market segment. Jerry has a 28-year career of ever increasing leadership responsibility and success.

Jerry is a board member at Swan Hose and a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors at Glenview State Bank. He previously served on the boards of Husco International, Bridgeview Bank, Learning Care Group, Inc. (NASDQ- LCGI), and FormTech Industries LLC.
